1. Overview
Federal Global Ventures provides professional services — AI marketing, ecommerce support, store builds, and automation — rather than physical goods. Because our work involves labor, strategy, and third-party costs incurred on your behalf, refunds are handled differently than a typical product return. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across our service types.
2. Free Consultations & Audits
Initial growth audits and consultation calls are provided at no cost and are not subject to this policy, since no payment is collected for them.
3. Deposits & Retainers
- Project deposits reserve our team's time and often cover early planning, strategy, and setup work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in your proposal.
- If you cancel before any work has started, deposits are refundable minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
4. One-Time Projects (e.g., Store Builds)
- If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund of any payment made, minus non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- If you cancel after work has begun, you will be invoiced for work completed to date (based on hours worked or milestones reached), and any remaining balance of your payment will be refunded.
- Once a project is delivered, accepted, and fully paid, fees are non-refundable, though we will work with you to resolve any deliverable that does not match the agreed scope.
5. Monthly Retainers & Ongoing Services
- Monthly service fees cover work performed during that billing period and are non-refundable once the period has started, since strategy, management, and execution time has already been allocated.
- You may cancel an ongoing engagement at any time with the notice period stated in your Engagement Terms (typically 30 days), effective at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations that take effect mid-period.
6. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend, software subscriptions, apps, or other third-party costs paid on your behalf are pass-through costs and are non-refundable by Federal Global Ventures, though you may be entitled to a refund directly from the third-party provider under their own terms.
7. Revisions Before Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please contact us first — most concerns are resolved through revisions within the scope of your agreement. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction will be evaluated against the agreed scope of work in your proposal.
8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email federalglobalventures@gmail.com with your name, company, and a description of your request. We will confirm receipt and respond with next steps within 2 business days.
9. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
